Clear crisp day. YHC arrived a little early to start with alternations of decline met kins and dips on the parking lot guard rail. As the pax arrived, right on time as always, we started the warm up with flutters, ben-dovers, Superman’s and big boys in cadence. May have done some merkins to rest.
then it was off to keystone for more Mary’s in the cold wet refreshing grass.
finally time to get back to the AO, we stopped at the madison st fountain for 4 minutes of fun (alternating dips, decline merkins and big boys, until we could no more).
Finally back to the Krib for more Mary’s including the alphabet to about g, when YHC could take no more!
