Every Wednesday morning at 0600 we aim to show our pride as we strive to get 1% better than we were the day prior. The Patriot is a weekly 45-minute bootcamp-style beat down that will challenge and inspire all Pax. We meet at Independence Park in Evanston and after COT, we make our way across the street to Back Lot Coffeehouse for a cup of ‘Flying Squirrel’ and meaningful fellowship.
