The Thang:
We set off on a guardian run to explore the three regions of Maple Park. At each region, the group chose 3-4 exercises aligned to that region’s theme, 100 reps total per region.

In the northern wilds near the dog park, we picked from animal-linked exercises like alligator merkins, bear crawls, and seal claps.

In the lands of childhood near the playground, we celebrated our youth with exercises like Supermans, Peter Parkers, dips, and step-ups.

And in the sports complex of the south end of the park, we did athletic-themed exercises like Bonnie Blairs, Apollo Onos, and Nolan Ryans.

Managed one complete circuit and an additional visit to the northern wilds for 100 more reps. Then back to the Den to wrap up.

COT:
You can do hard things. It’s one of the things I often tell my kids, and myself. One of the reasons I’m grateful for F3 is that it reminds me I can do hard things, like waking up at 5 AM to do crawl across the wet grass doing too many alligator merkins. With persistence and motivation we can do more than we think we can. Thanks for joining me.
