Main Event:

  • Agility
    • 10 Starjacks 
    • Side slides to 35 yard line (and back)
    • Side shuffle to 35 yard line (and back)
    • Skipping to 35 yard line (and back)
    • Five dots – hopscotch (30 seconds)
    • 4 square – both feet, right foot, left foot (30 seconds each)
    • Five dot hopscotch (30 seconds)
    • Victory pose (30 seconds)
    • Jump right and left (defensive basketball squat) – 2 minutes total (separated by Victory Pose)
  • Velocity – move back to field (partner up)
    • Standing broad jump about 25 yards while partner does shoulder taps (plank with touching opposite shoulder) – switch
    • Sprint 25 yards while partner does shoulder taps (switch)
    • Walking lunge 25 yards while partner does hands up (plank but put alternating hands forward) (switch)
    • Sprint 25 yards while partner does hands ups plank 
    • Indian run for 1 lap
  • Stability – 3 sets (1 minute each exercise + 1 minute break between 1-2 and 2-3)
    • Set 1 – Squat—Merkins—Mountain climbers
    • Set 2 – Plank—Bonnie Blairs—Single leg thrust (on 6, 1 leg up and pelvic thrust, alternate legs)
    • Set 3 – Burpees—Balance on one foot and ground touch—heels to heaven
  • Mary 
    • Gas pumpers
    • Little baby crunches
    • Box cutters
    • Cobra pose
