14 PAX came out to face the Lil’ Donut Shop of Horrors.
WARMARAMA – 20 SSH, 10 Imperial Walkers, 16 Abe Vigodas, 20 Squats, 20 Don Quixotes – 86 total for the year the movie was made.
Beatdown: PAX paired up. One went to the stage to do the perimeter of the AO, while the other stayed to do mary. Switch, 2 rounds of this. Stage was farmers carry, 20 skull crushers, murder bunnies, 20 curls, rifleman carry, 20 grave diggers, lunge back to start and switch. Mary was 30 American hammers, 16 Turkish get-up, 30 windshield wiper, 10 big boy situps (total of 86 mary)
Act 2 – Beasties. PAX lined up in parking lot and did bear crawl, gorilla walk, crab walk.
COT: Autumn is coming and with it comes change, try to roll with it when it’s bigger than us.
