Thang 1:
Cones were arranged in 3 lines 15 meters apart. At the first cone, pax completed 10 Blockies and then carried to the 2nd cone for 10 grave diggers, then carried to the 3rd cone for 10 bent leg deadlifts, before rifle carrying back to the first cone. Pax then ran a lap around the parking lot. For the next round, pax completed 9 reps of each and then continued each round with 8 reps and so on.
Thang 2:
All pax finished Thang 1 with 5 minutes left so we repeated with 1) curls 2) rows 3) farmer carry to 3rd cone and back.

Fresh off Memorial Day, I am grateful to those who have served in the armed forces, especially those who have given the ultimate sacrifice for our nation.
Also, my oldest daughter just graduated from high school and will be leaving for college in the fall. This makes me both excited for her and terrified. Please keep me in your thoughts and if you have gone through this before, I would appreciate any words of wisdom you can share.
