Weather – 35 degrees, cool breeze about 5 mph from the west.
Warmup: Side Straddle Hop, Mountain Climbers, Merkins, Arm rolls, Seal Claps, overhead claps
Fellowship run around the block.
Main Event: Travel around the block (Cuyler, Filmore, Highland, Harvard). Lunges on the north/south legs and hops on the east west legs. Work is done in pairs. While one pax is doing lunges and hops, the other pax runs around the block and relieves the lunging/hopping pax. This continues until the pair has lunged/hopped around the block.
Crew met up at the start for some flutter kicks and box cutters until the six arrived.
Then we sprinted for two blocks, jogged for one block. Repeat. American Hammers until the six arrived.
Fellowship run back to the AO. Merkins until the six arrived.
