COT: Been a super stressful week with some very heavy things for me. My sister mentioned to me how good physical laboring in her garden has been for her in processing some of these same heavy events. Grateful to this group for allowing me space to physically keep fit, but also emotionally both in the lending of ears and the physical labor of sweating out the stressors.
