Thing 1: disaggregated BOMB(s) around the pitch. Start at corner of the soccer pitch: 5 blockies, carry of choice to next corner, 5 overheads, rifle carry to next corner, 5 man makers, carrry of choice to fourth corner, 5 BBs + coupon, rifle carry to starting corner, up all reps to 10, then up all reps to 15.
Thing 2: dice game: all line up at goal line, take turns rolling dice. Person who rolls bear crawls out to end of goal box and back. All other PAX do the exercise that corresponds to roll. 1 = blockees, 2 = overheads, 3 = ALL sprint out and back, 4 = squats, 5 = kettles, 6 = ALL bear crawl out and back.

COT: June is pride month. Recalled about a year ago arguing with a cranky conservative type who thought my email sig should not include pronouns.
