The BackBlast:
To celebrate my 1st anniversary, we did one of my favorites: the train station circuit. Each lap involved 10 burpees, 15 air squats, 20 murkins and ladder big boy sit-ups at the bottom. The twist: did reverse laps so we had to tackle the ramp every time. Good for Ragnar training, I hear.
