10 Pax came out to enjoy Lake Life in the Spring.
WoR: Motivators 6, AVs, MMPs, stretching

THANG 1: Mosey by the Lake, stop by the waterfall steps for L.A.K.E. 10 Lunges (2 is 1), 10 Absolutions, 10 Kracken Burbees, Everest. Hold plank until all pax finish.

THANG 2: Mosey further around the Lake, stop at the coupon cabana for some coupons and more L.A.K.E. 20 Lunges, 20 American Hammers w coupon, 20 K(C)urls, 20 Elf on a shelf. Take a 1/4 mile run in between exercises.

THANG 3: Mosey further around the Lake, and SPRING. 20 Squats, 20 Pushups, 10 Inchworms, 10 No Surrenders, 20 Gas Pumps. Complete lap around Lake stoping for some inclined Merkins.

Mary: Pax chose 8 different Mary exercises, 8-10 reps: Flutter Kicks, Box Cutters, Freddy Mercury’s BBs, Scuba Buda, etc.

CoT: Spring is in the air. Spring is a sign of change. Pax challenged to think of one item they hope to change in their life and work to build a habit to change it over the next two weeks.
