Jog East to Barrie Park..
slow jog around the side walk of park to point out the different workout spots.
The start of every lap begins with three sprints up Barrie Hill. Jog down stairs and repeat w/ the jump squats.
- Every bench is 10 decline Merkins
- Corner #1 Tricep dips (10)
- Corner #2 Plyo Jumps (10)
- Corner #3 Walking lunges around the bend (20)
- At base of mountain 5 jump squats (before EVERY ascent)
Attempt 4 laps (we all got a full 3)
Dynamics: alternate back pedal and slow jog
Box cutters (forward/back)
No matter where you are with your fitness levels, someone is always gonna be faster and stronger. Focus more on the task in front of you. Motivate yourself by moving a few seconds faster and taking on a few extra reps every workout. You will soon enjoy the results of that extra push.
