It was a crisp morning for a 5mile run with some scattered pain stations (for @NedRyerson). Met up with the Ruckers including another Escobar who was DR from F3 Idaho! Coffee afterwards.

Warm up: Imperial walkers, Arm Circles, grass pickers, old man leg stretch The Thang: F3 blackjack. Used F3 cards, switched to the game War due to logistics. Pax matched up. Losing pax ran 200 feet, down ramp and up stairs. Winning pax and the rest of the group completed exercise on card until Losing Pax
6 runners and two dogs put in 4.5 miles for the run, 4 pain stations including squats, wall sits, merkins, and dips. 3 ruckers put in their own work, finished with COT together and coffee.

4 runners and 3 ruckers for the Commodore this morning. Warmed up with 8 motivators. Stretch on your own. Good weather for a mosey through Hubbard Woods. Q was having stomach issues to start, but the workout helped. COT talked about letting go of things we may not have control over. Good fellowship with all.
