3 representatives of F3 Evanston volunteered at Vineyard’s Care Center Food Pantry on November 17, 2021. Based in South Evanston, the organization provides groceries to those neighbors in need. As first-time volunteers, we embraced being personal shoppers to the food pantry’s patrons.
It was time well spent. In addition to looking dashing in reflective vests, we made some new friends, met some neighbors, and put in some work to help the community. Grocery carts full of food were provided to over 100 individuals. Vineyard’s food pantry serves patrons every Wednesday.
As the holiday season approaches, give thanks for what you’ve been given. And get out there and serve. F3 is more than a workout.
