No one had signed up to Q, so the three of us decided to share responsibilities…Made for a nice variety. Warmup – Motivators from 10, some stretching, and some M&M’s were the highlights. We headed out into the Zoo Land for The Thang. 11’s(Burpees & Osprey Squats) happened when we found a hill, Wall Sits and Sprinting up the same hill took place when a wall was discovered, and some Suicides with Diamond Merkins took place when some lines were spotted. We did 3 sets of High Knees, 180 Squat Jumps & BallsToWall. We then moseyed back to the AO, stopping twice on Clark Ave to do Dips to impress our many fans and supporters.(none…it was f’n cold!!) We rotated the lead thru 5MOM. And That’s Another One In The Books. YHC thanked these two for posting, and admitted that he only posted in 7 degree weather in case someone else did. F3 Baby!! – chick
