YHC traveled south the lead 10 (not 8) men of F3 Chicago & Naperville thru a “battle buddy” themed beatdown. We brought some friends to help along the way. Partner based workout where each team was responsible for their battle buddy.

6MoM. Always crowd sourced for a LB Q. Like to give all PAX (especially the newer ones) the chance to lead a group of men in cadence.
COT. We remembered those who paid the ultimate sacrifice for this country. We also remembered our individual service time (military and civilian) that is part of our history. Politics aside, we all can agree that our country needs a lot of work on both sides and much healing is needed both emotionally and physically for many of our citizens. Whatever our fight is, it’s worth the effort. Whatever our internal battles are, are worth the effort. We lean into the men of F3 for the fellowship and support to navigate these battles. If your battle is mental or physical, you know the guy in front and the guy to your six has your back and you can lean on him for support. We ARE our battle buddies in F3 and that continues to be my WHY.
