Fellowship run to 13th Street (between Scoville and Gunderson).
Start inbetween alley of Scoville and Gunderson..
Partner up and.. P1 around E block P2 around W block meet on next alleyway on south end. Start moving in opposite directions with a dynamic movement (this will change every block). 1st corner 10 Bobby Hurleys, 2nd corner 10 Bonnie Blairs. Immediately, following Bonnie Blairs continue the start dynamic movement to alleyway to meet partner. Hold Plank until Partner arrives. When Partner arrives, do 10 Merkins mates (one holds low push-up position while other completes 10 pushups, switch). Hold Al Gore until all partners finish.
Fellowship run #2 back to Eagles Landing.
Completed 6 total blocks of the Zipper.
After completing a grinding workout like this past Wednesday, it’s tough to get up the next day or two. I commend those that get right back up and take on the next battle.
