The Thang

Everyone partnered up and ran in opposite directions along a predefined course loop. When the partners met up, they did BLIMPS, and once done, continue to run in opposite directions. The next time they met along the course, each PAX chose an ab exercise to do in cadence up to 10. Running continued, with BLIMPS next, running, abs, etc. up until time.

Was recently reminded about the power of words and their impact – choose your words carefully (good or bad) – you never know how it might impact others (or yourself). From Proverbs 15:
