  • Sign up for the meal train for Footloose’s family as we support Nellie, her sibling and parents and the start to her journey through life.

My favorite bible verse is Mathew 7:7 ask and it will be given to you, seek and ye shall find, knock and the door will open.
It reminds me to be proactive, ask for help, and search for answers and I have a tendency to reflect on that verse at the start of a new year.  Last year, I focused on physical exercise and this year I am focusing more on nutrition as well as upping my physical exercise.  I’d like to do at least 175 posts this year with an eye toward 200.  I need to lose a ton of weight as well to be healthy.  Ideally, I’d like to get to 175 pounds.  Feel free to ask how I’m doing toward my goals.  The accountability is helpful.
F3 is important as we start the new year.  Not only is it helpful for our physical health but there is a strong positive mental health aspect to it.  High Impact Men make up the group and that is a strong support group.  As men, many of us have been raised to face our problems on our own.  To be the lone cowboy saving the town.  That doesn’t exist and if you look closely, most cowboys had a sidekick or two.  Don’t be the alone.  If you need something, ask for it.  You might be surprised by all the support you get from the HIM of F3.
