The BackBlast:

A nice 37° day saw 10 pax show up to get after it.  YHC was really happy to see how many pax had to shed some layers throughout the workout, a sign of a proper beatdown.

WoR:  Don Quixote, Mountain Man Poopers, Motivators (6), Abe Vegodas (f/b), Seal Clap, Mosey to the field.

Thang:  Start at middle of field, run to the 20 yard line/sideline intersection, do 20 reps of an exercise, come back to middle of field and do 5 burpees; then run to the next 20 yard line/sideline intersection, do 19 reps of an exercise, come back to the middle of the field and do 5 burpees;  Continue to do this for the other two intersection forming a large “X.”  The exercise rep count decreases by one as you continue to go around the X.  The exercises were: X-Factors, Merkins, Absolutions, and Squats; the acronym forming XMAS.  Most pax were able to make it to all 4 corners 5 times.  Total exercises were 60 X-factors, 55 Merkins, 50, Absolutions, 45 Squats and 100 burpees.  Absolutions (in the exicon) are new for YHC and a quality exercise.  Mosey back to AO.

Mary:  Not much time so we did ABC leg lifts and spelled “Christmas.”

CoT:  I rambled something about Confidence but was gassed after the beatdown so I don’t really recall what I said.  Something along the lines of supporting others gives them confidence which makes better leaders.
