Weather: warm(ish)! 50 degrees, cloudy, hard rain at the end of the workout

Warmup: warmup run around WreckCenter field, side straddle hops (20), Abe Vigodas (10 each direction), Imperial walkers (10), old man stretch, groin stretch, calf stretch

Workout: run from WreckCenter to Cummings Square (Lake & Harlem), one minute exercise (as many as possible) of turkish getups, plank, carolina dry docks. Run to Scoville. Mini BOMBS, Run back to WreckCenter. One minute wall sits followed by 25 big boy situps.

COT: our family trip to NOLA was cancelled this week due to my daughter having an emergency surgery for appendicitis. Was a stressful few days. At first there was the disappointment of cancelling our trip but the greater lesson was to have gratitude for modern science and healthcare. 100 years ago she would have likely died from the ruptured appendix. Its easy to get frustrated by the things that don’t work out. But embracing the gratitude of the physicians and nurses and many gifts/messages from our friends and family has been amazing. Trips can be rescheduled. The health of our 2.0s is 2nd to none.
