These men are here to lend the support needed to anyone who suits up and shows up.   We enter the circle of trust with no trepidation because you know there is zero judgment from these HIMs.  They are here for one reason and one reason alone, because they have your back and you have theirs.   Only requirement for this?   Just show up and be ready to listen.
