-Partners perform 100 Dips, 200 Merkins, & 300 Squats as a team. P1 starts with 10 Dips while P2 holds position, then switch. Continue switching between Dips and holding position until 100 total Dips reached. Next, while P1 does 20 Merkins, P2 holds plank until P1 is finished, then switch. Continue switching until all 200 Merkins are completed. Finally, P1 does 30 squats while P2 does squat hold, then switch. Continue switching until 300 total squats are completed.

-Last PAX drops and does 5 Burpees, while the rest of the PAX Bear Crawl in a line. After completing the Burpees, last PAX runs to catch the group, tapping the (new) last PAX on the shoulder, who then stops to begin his 5 Burpees, while the (former) last PAX continues on to the front of the line.
