Warm-Up – SSH x25 IC; Imperial Walkers x10 IC; Don Quixotes x10 IC; Daisy Pickers x10 IC; Abe Vigodas Fwd/Bkwd x10 IC; Burpees x10 IC; Mosey to football field; Burpees x10 OYO.
Thang 1 – Burpees x10 OYO. Partner up for 10 minutes of wind sprints. Partner 1 holds plank while other partner sprints out and back and switches. 2.5 minutes each to 10-, 15-, 20-, 25-yard line and back for a total of 10 minutes. Burpees x10 OYO. Mosey yo baseball field.
Thang 2 – Burpees x10 OYO. Fielder’s Choice. Line up down 3rd base line. Each pax takes a turn choosing exercise. While pax runs bases, other pax perform exercise. Big Bois, Monkey Humpers, Bonnie Blairs, Merkins, Diamond Merkins, SSH, Bobby Hurleys, Burpees, Sphinx Merkins. Burpees x10 OYO.
Thang 3 – Dips x10, x8, x6, x4, x2. Burpees x10 OYO. Mosey around pool, down central and back around pond. Squats x10-15 while wait for 6. 3 sets. Big Bois x25 IC.
