Warmup: Side straddle hop (15), Daisy pickers (10), Skaters (10), Motivators (5), Overhead clap (10 each direction), fellowship run around WreckCenter field, warm-up 100 yard sprint
From Pilgram church, the PAX were offered two options:
Option 1
1 mile run around OPRF HS which includes Stairs (10), burpees(10), WMDs (30), pull-ups (2×10) at each corner. PAX are to complete 3 rounds.
Option 2
1.5 mile run to from Lake to Iowa to Linden back to Lake. PAX are to complete 3 rounds for 4.5 miles.
