The ongoing saga to improve time for the Ugly Sweater 5K.  Can your coupon help your time?

Thing:

• Grab your block and mosey (with some rifle carry) to the Scoville entrance to the high school and do 25 toe taps (2x is 1).
• Mosey (with some rifle carry) to the Erie entrance and do 15 step offs per leg;
• Mosey (with some rifle carry) to Erie and Linden and do 20 deep thrusters;
• Mosey (with some rifle carry) to Lake and Linden and do 20 V-sits; and
• Mosey (with some rifle carry) to the high school gym wall and do bucket brigades with coupon while wall sitting.

Repeat,l but head over to Elmwood after the step offs and return to AO.
