Balmy 22 degrees in the gloom. 5 HIMs stayed warm together for 5 miles as we toured the local parking lot for some “hill” work.
RG3, The Situation, Cheddar, Combine & YHC.
Moseyed to beach for dynamic stretching. Then we ran to the NU parking garage to get a taste of the “hills of Evanston”. Pain stations at the top of the garage. Ran down to bottom. Exited garage with no sightings of Paul Blart (good sign). Ran to mini stairs and bunny hopped up and down. Moseyed back thru downtown Evanston for finale at Brothers K. Coffeeteria commenced.
Mumblechatter was on current events. Hard to escape the smog sometimes but we certainly try and it makes it easier with each other. We all feel like we are turning a corner on 2020. 2021 promises to be a better year and with this group constantly growing in numbers and in self, we are eager to see what the year brings us.
