Passing of the Baton and on to…
Thang 2
SHOUT. Circle up for Tears for Fears “Shout.” At every “Shout,” one jump squat. At each “C’mon,” one burpee. SSH between. For verses, hold a plank and do shoulder taps.

Thang 3
Catch Me if You Can. PAX Partner up. Partner A begins running backward around the field. Partner B performs 10 hand release merkins, then sprints to Partner A. Switch. Twice around the field.

Dominoes. PAX lined up in plank position on the goal line, shoulder to shoulder. All PAX raise right hand and hold a side plank, while first PAX rotates down for 2 merkins, then turns, raising left hand and holding a side plank. Next PAX rotates down for merkins, and so on down the line. Then, back down again from left to right.

Closed out with a stretch, and Count-o-rama.

F3 has meant a lot to me over the last 3 years. It has been an honor to help guide its growth and presence at Parks and Wreck. Total Recall is going to take it to the next level!

22 years ago, one of the largest tragedies of our lifetime happened. I am sure we all remember that day. Today let’s remember what happened that day and be grateful for the resilience of the country and the families that experienced unimaginable loss. Dos helped take us out with Taps in honor of the fallen. An extended moment of silence, followed by coffeeteria.
