THANG 1: Coupon Carries

Round 1 – PAX 1 – 4 Count Merkins; PAX 2 – Double farmer’s carry

Round 2 – PAX 1 – Flutter Kicks; PAX 2 – Rifle carry

Round 3 – PAX 1 – Squats; PAX 2 – Double farmer’s carry

Round 4 – PAX 1 – Overhead Press; PAX 2 – Rifle carry

Round 5 – PAX 1 – BBSUs; PAX 2 -Double farmer’s carry

 

THANG 2: Danger Zone

—10 reps each of 5 standing coupon exercises:

  1. Curls; 2. Alpos; 3. Kettle Swings; 4. Overhead Press; 5. Squats

3 Burpees EMOM. Danger Zone by Kenny Loggins repeated x3

 

THANG 3: CPRs – 10 reps

4-Count cadence: 1 =  “C”url, 2 = Overhead “P”ress, 3 = Tricep “R”aise (i.e. extension), 4 = Return to starting position.

 

THANG 4: Merkins and BBSUs

Partner 1 does 10 Merkins holds plank till Partner 2 does 10 BBSUs – switch to 60

 

THANG 5: Merkins and Squats

Partner 1 does 10 Merkins to cadence of Squats – switch to 60
