7 HIMs out for a sunny stroll around The Crown’s parking lot since the field was under 12″ of fresh snow.  14 degrees on the thermostat but certain man-parts made it feel subzero.  Escobar kept us all warm with constant movement and chatter.

Warmup – Motivators, stretching and Vigodas

Thang 1 – partner DORA-style workout with lots of movement.  Merkins, LBCs, lunges, squats, shoulder taps, flutter kicks.  Partner runs to center of lot & back.  Various running.  Crossovers, high knees, butt kickers and side runs.  All meant to keep warm and stay movin’.

COT – 7 count for a great VQ from our favorite Ecuadorian.  He’s used to runnin’ in cold weather, fella grew up in the Andes at 10,000 ft above sea level.
