On an uncommonly warm morning, we set out for some discomfort.

Warm Ups: Motivators from 8, Abe Wigodas, Seal Claps, Overhead Claps, Jog 1/4 mile to workout site.

The Workout:

  1. 3 pax team up to complete 200 burpees.  Pax can break for a recovery run as needed.
  2. 3 pax take turns leading sets of 50 squats (stopping after 150 total).
  3. Flutter kicks in cadence to 25.
  4. 1 minute plank
  5. Jog back
