Thang 1: in the field
PAX line up
Burpees, sprint to half, more burpees, run backwards to end
Rinse and repeat with different exercises at beginning, half, and end of field (Turkish getups, exploding squats, Am hammers, shoulder tap merks, 4x4s)
Bear crawl, crab crawl, lunges and deer leaps added instead of sprinting for more flavor
Thang 2: PAX pair up
75 burpees as a team, while one’s on reps, other sprints across the whole field and back, then they switch.
Mary: box cutters, Am hammers, Freddie Mercuries, London bridge is falling down

CoT: If you used to do something that you know was good, but fizzled out because of an injury/age/”time”, try to find a way back to it again.
