The BackBlast:

Weather was ~35 degrees with little to no wind. Extreme fog from the melting ice and snow. The lights were out at the football field, with the fog and gloom reducing visibility to about 10 yards.

Met in the Columbus Park parking lot.

Warm ups: Side Straddle Hop, Abe Vigoda, Seal Claps, Overhead Claps.

Mosied to the foot ball field.

Main Event: 20 stations were marked around the football field with 100 reps at each location, divided into 4×25 rep sets that could be torn off the sheet to mark completion. The pax then could pick and choose which station to work. After completing a rep of 25 at a station, the pax was required to complete one lap around the field and then choose another station that still had reps remaining. The team of pax was working to complete the 20*100 = 2000 reps as a group. The team completed the 2000 reps at about 6:05 AM. We gathered up the materials and then did 23 jump squats to celebrate 2023 together.

Other notes:

Did not anticipate such poor visibility. Should have recommended headlamps. Also the sign posts I made could not be stuck very deep into the turf. Fortunately there was no wind, otherwise the signs would have been lost to the gloom.
