1/31/2022: Surprisingly warmer than expected, 11 PAX hit the tarmac for some conditioning.
WARMER: we took the warmer on the road. Fellowship jog north, stopping for side straddle hops. Ventured west with high knees & butt kickers before stopping for Abes forward & reverse. Ventured a bit further and stopped for imperial seal claps (whaaat?). We finally landed at Scoville Park.
THE THANG: TWENTY TWO – we all stayed together while getting in some circuit style training. 22 short reps of varying exercises followed by a lap around Scoville. Exercises included: LBCs, burpees, overhead claps, merkins, bigboys, squats, Bobby Hurley’s, lunges, circle of death (cumulative merkins while holding a plank = 100…and then Cutter & CowboyMouth fought til the end).
We finished at Scoville with 10 miniBOMBS before jogging back to Wreck Center.
