The Thang
Ran from the Wreck Center to Cummings Square (Lake and Harlem); at each stoplight, do a combination of squats and merkins, depending on where you are in the pack (e.g., fast people did 6 squats and 6 merkins). At Cummings Square, as a group, we did some TROLLS (triceps dips, reverse lunges, OH claps, leap backs, little baby flutter crunches, and skaters). We ran back on Ontario to Scoville Park, and there, we did a few HoJo-inspired BOMBS to give the group a chance to get together. Ran back to the Wreck Center and did some box cutters to cool down.
COT
It’s been a tough several months for me at work, and I took a few mental health days at the beginning of the week to relax and recharge. It’s not something I’ve done before but sorely needed. Encourage everyone to take a rest (or Sabbath if you will) when needed so you can get back out there strong and ready to go.
