Chilly and bright 24 degree morning

Warm-O-Rama:

Motivators from 6 with the backpacks on (not only did YHC forget to say exercise and start counting up instead of down, this was widely regarded as a silly exercise to do with a backpack on, not recommended for the future). Imperial walkers, Don Quixotes, Daisy Pickers.

After the mistake during the warmorama, YHC decided to abandon a previously uncharted and not well planned route and instead got some guidance from some more experienced Krib goers to take the typical/original route which worked out well and we got back in perfect timing. Sometimes the tried and true methods are best.

CoT:  Shared that I’ve been struggling with doomscrolling all the negative war news, buts it’s been really helpful to be involved with fitness and to rely on social relationships/fellowship to avoid it.  Encouraged those in the same position to reach out and have a conversation about these tough topics with a friend rather than sit passively scrolling through all the bad news.
