Thang 1 – Four Seasons
- Pair up and run .65 miles to designated location. Upon meetup do winter exercises – 25 Bonnie Blairs and 25 Skaters.
- Return to AO and do spring exercises – 25 flutters (like a butterfly) and 25 break dancers.
- Run back to designated location for summer exercises – 25 merkins for ‘Merika and 25 jump squats.
- Run together back to AO and do fall exercises – 25 turkish get-ups (and get to school) and 25 big boys.
- Run back and collect the 6 and return to AO running backward. Do fall exercises as a unit since by running backward we have “turned back time” as in Superman (1978 edition).
Thang 2 – Field Work
Bear walk across soccer field. Flying nuns back. Early birds do 10 burpees and hold prayer squat.
Mary – 5 minutes
45 seconds each – Freddie Mercuries, Monkey Humpers, Plank, and Heels to Heaven
C of T – Remember you are blessed, even in the midst of hard times. It doesn’t make the hard times go away, but it can give us perspective and, during better times, can help us give to others from a source of gratitude.
