Ran a three-ish mile loop through the neighborhood, congregating at the base of Barrie Park sled hill for two minutes of hill sprints. Jogged as a group back to AO for 20 Little Baby Crunches.

This is my first Q after about 6 weeks of coming to F3. I began not knowing any of my fellow PAX, but I’m grateful for the warm welcome I’ve received and the open invitation extended to me to get in better shape in the company of a great group of guys.
