Circle of Trust:

I was raised by a generation who had much less material wealth than I have today, and they taught me thrift and saving.  However, those virtues can become vices.  I am currently trying to declutter my life and home of old possessions that I have very little or no use of.  Some of this stuff is simply garbage and should have been tossed years ago.  But some of it is still valuable, just not to me.  Salvation Army and Good Will are great places to donate stuff like this.  With each box or bag I get rid of, I feel a bit of liberation.  If you can relate to my current situation, maybe it is time for some decluttering.
