COT
Coming into today only Kodak and YHC new what was going to happen and that pax would be asked to carry logs. Lesson for today, some days you are given clear sailing and some days you are delivered logs. The best we can do when that happens is pick up our log, carry it with us, and lean on others to share the load. F3 gives us that opportunity to share our load with like-minded men.
During F3 Mental Battle month, remember that we come to F3 to do more than workout, we come to F3 to lock shields with other men. When we are truly locking our shields, we are sharing our lives with each other, we are sharing our burdens with each other, and we are picking up the log from a brother who may be struggling with the burden he has been given.
