Conditions: Temps in the mid 20s, blowing snow, and quickly falling temperatures.

The Thang: PAX lined up on the west side of the field with coupons and completed 10 squat thrusters, then rifle carried coupons to the east side where PAX did sets of 25 exercises before returning to the west side. Each time PAX came back to the starting area, they completed 10 more squat thrusters. Exercises on the east side consisted of:
- Blockees (25)
- Kettlebell Swings (25)
- Bent Over Rows (25)
- Curls (25)
Once an entire round was completed, PAX jogged around the school again and completed a second round.

COT: At the start of the new year/closing of the old, I like to reflect on the things that worked and I’d like to keep going forward as well as the things I don’t want to carry over. With that in mind, I set broad goals (deepen existing relationships, expand network of connections, learn a new skill). The challenge was to reflect meaningfully on the past year about things worth keeping going forward and things worth shedding in the new year.
