Fun morning at the Zoo..we welcomed Poke Bowl into the F3 Chicago fam…he’s here for school, but had been doing F3 in Ga….We kicked off with Slaughter Starters(20 Burpees), and never let up…The Pax executed a Route 66(1 Merk, run, 2 Merk, run, 3 4 5…11) on the way to our playing field, where we completed a brutal Welsh Dragon up to 10(4 ct Bear Crawl, then 1 Merk, 1 Shoulder Tap, 1 Plank Jack, then repeat Bear Crawl with 2 of the above, and keep going til 10 of each are done)..We partnered up for 7’s on the stairs with Partner Plank Taps and Bropees(a burpee with a partner, giving each other a “high 10” on the jump) We hustled back for COT, along the way learning a fact about your partner, and then telling this fact to the Pax..T-Claps to Schroeder for running 4 mi to the AO, and to Sumo for biking 4 mi to the AO.
