THANG: Kept it simple and straightforward today. 100 reps of exercise, wait for the 6, jog to other end of field, rinse and repeat. Exercises included Merkins, Lunges, Shoulder Taps, Squats, Big Boys, Overhead Claps. Finished by Running down and doin 29 Burpees. Mosey back to AO.

CoT: As we honor Martin Luther King Day, first I recommend if you get the chance, see the MLK Memorial in Washington DC, it’s very well done. We did 29 burpees to represent the 29 time MLK was arrested. When looking for a C0T today, I thought of one of my preferred quotes from the MLK memorial, “The Ultimate Measure of a Man is not where he stands in moments of comfort and convenience, but where he stands at times of challenge and controversy.” During the workout today, we were all challenged at times but when pax finished their 100, they looked to assist the 6. We only move forward as leaders, as men, when we bring everyone along. Great work today!
