Adult Recess: 5 on 5 half-field ultimate frisbee! We eventually shifted to a mid-field hotbox end zone which better suited the group.
We started with an overview of the rules and basic strategy. Then we did a short box drill to work on throwing to space and catching. Then we started the game.
F3 additions: offense does five Burpees for a drop, defense bear crawls back to the end zone after allowing a score (Let’s just say there were more Burpees than bear crawls).
