Finish early – do Burpees
THANG 2: Everest
Lunge up – 1, 2 the perform 1 squat; All the way up to the 5th floor.
THANG 3: Bear Crawlcalator – Merkins Crawls down the stairs in plank; One merkin per stair or so. Finished with Bear Crawl only because a Merkin per stair is rough.

Concrete Angels – On your six do a double dolly (arms and legs at 6″ off the ground) kinda like you are making a snow angel.
COT – I get nervous each time I Q. I worry about whether things will work and whether the PAX will embrace what I am throwing out. Every time (like it or not!) the PAX come out and do the thangs! Today was quite notable in a few ways…3 PAX who are more than 50 years young, 1 PAX (Footloose who just hit workout 30 for the month), and perhaps the most enjoyable moment when Dos lead us in singing Blister in the Sun as we left the Two Towers.
