There were two stations, one with coupons and one without. At the first station, we did two coupon workouts, and the exercise and repetitions were determined by a roll of the dice (one brown – exercise, one white – repetition). If you rolled a brown 2 and a white 4, for example, we did 20 reps of tricep dips. Then, if a brown 1 and white 5 were rolled next, we did 25 reps of curls. To get to the next station (after the 2 coupon exercises), we rolled one die to determine how we would get there (1 = sprint, 2 = butt kickers, 3 = high knees, 4 = lunges, 5 = grapevine, 6 = 1/2 hops, 1/2 jog). At the next station, we rolled the dice again to determine the non-coupon workout we would do. A 3, for example, was merkins and a 5 was mountain climbers. At each station, a 6 was wild and the dice roller got to choose the exercise. We then rolled the dice again to see how we’d get to the coupon workout station and repeated until time. We ended up doing a lot of lunges, but generally speaking, we had a pretty good mix of exercises and reps.
Circle of Trust:
This was my first time up as the Q – I appreciated everyone coming out to support my first go around. I’ve appreciated getting to know everyone, and while I thought I was in okay shape coming in this, I have realized I have a lot of room for improvement (which is a good thing). I’ve made some gains already and looking forward to more!
