Thirteen Pax came out on a beautiful morning at 5:30 for a coupon mosey workout. After a rough start, we got a groove going with a nice bit of mumble chatter and grit.
20 SSH – 20 Daisy Pickers – 15 Moroccan Dancers (slightly modified) – 15 Gorilla Dancers – 20 Hillbilly Walkers
The Main Event
Mosey with the coupon in quarter mile increments and do 2 exercises:
- Wall sits/20 Blockees (2 reps)
- BBSU (with blocks)/Deadlifts (25 each)
- Gravediggers (2 is 1)/Overhead presses (20 each)
- Man Maker Merkins (15-2x)/Rifle carry (25 yards-2x)
COT – Be a part of something larger than yourself. Went on vacation to the Outer Banks and met up with collection of NC, TX, and WV Pax on two mornings. But there are other things that are bigger than us, such as our faith, that has existed across time (centuries) and space (geography).
