Balmy. Low Wind. Epic sunrise. Perfect day to get after it at the Weekly Grind.
Kicked things off with some light stretching and SSHs. Started the morning jog with some high knees and butt kickers. The PAX put in just over 4.5 miles, 100 merkins of various inclines and declines, 3 crawl bears up some stairs with burpees at the top. Half the run was in goose formation.
Closed with circle of trust. Welcomed Ned Ryerson to a lifetime of free membership in F3. Short prayer of Help, Thanks, Wow.
It’s been a while since I was with these HIMs. They say you don’t know what you have until it’s gone. But I’ve always known what I have in this group. Felt like a homecoming of sorts. Thankful to these guys for checking in on me. I knew I’d be back, and it was glorious.
