Three posted just after sunrise for a coupon beatdown. This AO is a ruck workout, but with low numbers HC’ing, I had the ability to provide a different weight option and immediately invited the men to leave their bags in my trunk. Waiting for them on curbside were three coupons: a #35 cinder-block, #40 sandbag, #60 sandbag.

- started to ruck, every 1/4 mile stop for a set of exercises
- Complete each set as a group, until the heavy bag reaches 10 reps; AMRAP for other weights.

- Ground to Overhead
- We completed nearly 2.5 miles, two full rotations through the bags and solid convo throughout.

As long as I’ve been doing F3, I still get a boost with each and every “HC” that responds to my PreBlast. I got a charge when the first pax committed cause I knew we’d have a great workout and fellowship; then the 2nd came in – and I got another big boost knowing what the three of us could accomplish in effort and discussion. It was a great morning!
Also – this workout could have been titled “The Day Kodak copied Everything from RA” … this is where I give our man the credit he deserves for all his influence on me and on the group. This was a recent workout out of his catalog and closing words following a strong commitment between 3 pax.
