Good one this morning, borrowed a bit from the IronPAX 2020 week 2. The Wheel of Misfortune. Difference here being we ran around the grid “picking up the 6” as each station was a little different on timing. For those runners, we logged over 2 miles in total.
Hit some thrusters w coupon, merkins, squats, BBSUs, Carolina Dry Docks, SSHs, kettlebell swings w coupon and ended with a crowd favorite Blockees. Lots of opportunity to put in the hard work together. Ended the day honoring our main man Kenny G and hit the wall for 51 step ups in unison. COT.
Grateful for this group each & everyday. We all bring something to this group of men, each of us has an integral part in the success of F3 Evanston. Each of us matter. Our efforts matter.
